IMPLICIT CAREER SEARCH
The Implicit Career Search is coming to Chase!

Stepping Stones Consulting is putting on the Implicit Career Search in Chase
Next classes - September 20 to 24th
October 25th to 29th, December 6th to 10th, 2010
2011 Dates- Jan. 24th-28th, March 7-11th, May 2nd-6th and June 6th -10th
Future dates are tentative and subject to possible change.
This is a FREE program
(Monday to Friday for a one week period)

Skilled Trades Employment Program
The Skilled Trades Employment Program (STEP) is a program developed by the BC Construction Association.
It is geared towards helping employers in BC get the skilled workers they need by matching them up with people who have some experience or who want to start a career in the trades.
Necessary training can be provided for individuals to start out in the industry.
This program is for people who are not attached to Employment Insurance or who are employed in a low skilled position and lack certification, a high school diploma or essential skills.

A representative will be visiting the Chase & District Employment Centre every other Thursday beginning January, 21, 2010

Centrial Interior Trades & Apprenticeship Centre
CITAC (Central Interior Trades & Apprenticeship Centre) is a regional organization that will champion the trades and technologies as a career choice for Canadians. We will work with all Canadians, both First Nations and non-First Nations to empower them to reach their full potential and become a highly skilled workforce in trades and technology.

The CITAC centre will assist unemployed individuals who are legally entitled to work in Canada, in the Kamloops area including clients from Chase.

A representative will be visiting the Chase office

Generally the last Wednesday of every month

Appointments may also be arranged in Kamloops and Salmon Arm
